1.Who we are
This website is operated by Edona Group, based in Novolan, Vushtrri, Kosovo. When this policy says "we", "us" or "our", it means Edona Group.
We are responsible for the information described in this policy. If you have any question about it, you can reach us using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
2.What this policy covers
This policy covers the Edona Group website and the two forms available on it: the contact form and the job application form.
It does not cover other companies' websites that we link to, or any dealings you may have with us offline, such as in our markets or warehouses.
3.Information you give us
We only receive personal information when you choose to fill in one of our forms. There is no account to create, and nothing else is requested from you.
When you submit the contact form, we receive:
- your first name and surname
- your email address
- your phone number
- the message you write
When you submit a job application, we receive the job title you applied for, your first name and surname, your age, your email address, an optional cover letter, and an optional CV file.
For contact enquiries, we use your details to answer your question and to follow up if needed. For job applications, we use your details to assess your application and to contact you about it. We do not misuse your information, and we do not sell it or share it with others.
4.Your rights
You have rights over the personal information we hold about you. In particular, you can ask us to:
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- delete your information, for example your job application

5.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the way we handle information changes, for example if we add a new form or change a service provider.
When we do, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page from time to time.
